In this Agreement & Disclaimer ("Agreement") "you" and "your" refer to each customer or website visitor, "we", us" and "our" refer to NetWebVideo LLC (parent company to TruGuru) its contractors, agents, employees, officers and directors ("Company") and "Services" refers to the services provided by us.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR USE OF THIS SITE AND ANY AND ALL SITE-RELATED SERVICES.

TRUGURU FORMS "PARTNERSHIPS" OR ALLIANCES WITH SOME VENDORS FROM TIME TO TIME IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO YOU. HOWEVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT NO TIME IS COMPANY MAKING ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD PARTY'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, NOR WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. YOU HEREBY DISCLAIM AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS AND CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We make no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained or any transactions entered into with TruGuru. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from TruGuru shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TruGuru at its sole discretion, may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this Web site at anytime. By using this service, the user waives any rights or claims it may have against TruGuru.

The content available through the Site is the sole property of TruGuru and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, TruGuru-owned content received through the Site may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received through the Site to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization without TruGuru's express prior written consent.

The materials posted on any of TruGuru's sites are provided for public informational purposes only.

DISSATISFACTION

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services of TruGuru after receipt of any services or electronic digital goods, TruGuru will work with you to try and resolve the issue. You are under no obligation to continue with TruGuru.

TRUGURU ACCESS

Upon initial purchase of TruGuru, you will pay the agreed introductory price of US$67 immediately. After which time your credit card will be billed just US$67 per month for continuing access starting at the prescribed time of full membership payments.

BILLING CYCLES AND EXPIRATION DATES

Monthy Billing Cycle: If your first full membership payment date resides on August 1st, your accepted payment form on file will be billed that day and the next Billing Cycle Date is September 1st. If the normally scheduled Billing Cycle Date falls on the 29th, 30th or 31st, but the current month does not have this date, the Billing Cycle Date will be adjusted to fall on the last day of that month. You may not be notified prior to billing. You must cancel or change your subscription before the next Billing Cycle Date to avoid additional charges. When you cancel your subscription, your access to the TruGuru site is terminated on the date of cancellation.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation can be done simply through the Help Desk. To assure cancellation prior to new billing period, be sure to cancel 4 days prior to your billing date. Cancellation will immediately terminate your access to TruGuru.

REFUNDS

TruGuru will provide a full refund within the first 30 days of sign-up. This includes time spent during initial, first-time promotional savings. After 30 days, TruGuru will not provide refunds under any circumstance. To request a money refund, you must first cancel your membership (under standard cancellation procedures, visit the Help Desk while logged into your account to cancel your membership.) and then request a money refund through a ticket in our Help Desk. Cancelling within the first 30 days does not automatically entitle a refund unless an additional money refund request ticket has been created within this first 30 days. It is the sole responsibility of YOU to read and understand what services TruGuru offers prior to signing up.

By reading this you understand that the TruGuru fee is based on a monthly subscription. YOU will be billed US$67 per month (beyond any initial, first-month promotional savings) . THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME FEE.

TRUGURU HOME STUDY COURSE

Upon initial purchase of the TruGuru Home Study Course, you will pay the agreed one-time price immediately. This home study course purchase will REMOVE any further membership fees, as described above. Your TruGuru Home Study Course purchase includes immediate access to the TruGuru membership portal.

You will be asked to verify your current shipping address. It is your responsibility to verify the correct mailing address. Incorrect shipping address entry may result in delayed shipment and possible further handling, product and shipping fees (up to, but not exceeding $50 per order).

Items are shipped typically within 5-10 working days via USPS (United States Postal Service). International shipping may incure higher shipping rates (as charged at original time of purchase) and lengthier delivery times.

Items ordered and not received within 21 days of ordering should immediately contact our support Help Desk for further assistance.

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarentee will remain in affect for the purchase of the TruGuru Home Study Course from the date of purchase, per the REFUNDS section, listed above. The buyer will NOT be required to ship back the physical product, but access to the TruGuru member's portal will be immediately closed.

GOVERNING LAW

By using this site, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of San Diego, California USA, and you waive any jurisdictional venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. You agree that, if an agent for you (i.e., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.) purchased our Services on your behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions herein.
