Firefox 3 Issues(Updated 3/15/09): For some reason, the new versions of Firefox 3 does not work with older versions of Flash (this is not just for this website, but for many others as well). The solution appears to be to upgrade your Flash to version 10 or higher. You can upgrade your flash player here. You may need to restart your browser and/or computer for this fix to take effect. Note: Internet Explorer should still work fine with the older version of Flash!
Javascript Error in Window Above: You need to enable Javascript in your Browser. Click here to learn how to enable Javascript on your computer.
Video Starts, but Stops after a Few Minutes: You probably do not have the current version of Macromedia Flash installed. To upgrade to the new version of Flash, simply go to: HERE. The upgrade is free and should only take a few minutes. >> Get Your Current Flash Version (You need version > 9!)
I See the Video, but No Sound: Since Flash is an interleaved audio/video file format, if you are seeing the video but no sound, more than likely your sound card settings are not correct or you may need to turn on your speakers manually.
The Window Shows "Video Loading" for a Long Time: By default, the video will not begin streaming until 3% of the file has been downloaded. Depending on your internet connection, this may take anywhere between a few seconds and a minute.
I have a Dial-Up Modem: Most videos are too large to stream for dial-up modems. You may want to consider downloading the raw video file in the DOWNLOADS section below. This may take a long time, though and dial-up modems are not recommended for video downloads.
